The trial period runs for one week from the time the saddle is delivered, though if something comes up, just let us know before and we can work with you or extend that date.
We offer two options for a trial.
Option #1: Customers that wish to return a saddle are responsible for the actual shipping costs and a $100 restocking fee.
Option #2: Some customers prefer to pay $100 more for the saddle when they buy it, and then there is no restocking fee if they choose to return the saddle. They are still responsible for all actual shipping costs.
